Prince William and Kate Middleton won in court today in a ruling that states Closer magazine cannot publish or sell the intimate photos it printed of the royal couple while on vacation. You’d think he’d be jumping for joy. But maybe William remembered there’s this thing called the internet and all the photos of his topless wife are on it and they will be found on there ’til the day she dies. Is that why he’s still sulking in his grief? 
 
Because William is still angry but this time he’s pointing the finger at himself. “He’s furious and he also feels guilty. If Kate wasn’t married to him she wouldn’t be facing this. He saw how his mother had to cope with that kind of attention and it’s the last thing he wants Kate to have to go through,” a source told Now magazine. 
 
Oh, here we go again. Poor Kate. Her life is so hard. People take pictures of her and then she gets to scale mammoth trees in Borneo and travel to dreamy, remote islands to snorkel. It’s like I said before, I will not feel sorry for Kate. She caught a raw deal this past week but there are some real tragedies happening in the world, and getting papped topless while relaxing in the south of France isn’t one of them. 
 
You’ll remember, we discussed the problems of evoking images of Princess Diana in this situation. William went there fast and had no problem dragging up his mother’s death to create sympathy for his wife’s predicament. He’s the one who encouraged the comparisons and he must have written the playbook for his lawyer today because some of the statements he made were kind of crazy. 
 
The couple’s lawyer, Aurelien Hammelle, naturally compared the photographer’s invasion to the same hounding Diana faced. The royal family has been doing that since the photos came out so that wasn’t too shocking. However, he took it so much further when he pointed out the pictures of Kate were taken, “just six days after the 15th anniversary of the useless, cynical and morbid hunt which led to the death of William’s mother.” 
 
Now seriously, what the hell does that have to do with anything? Who was on trial here? Paparazzi? Closer Magazine? France? No one was ever really held accountable for Diana’s death. Does it feel like William is using this trial to shine light on his mother’s tragedy and keep his wife safe? Is that fair? Regardless, it worked and he won but it just feels a little overblown. It’s like William has had a vendetta out for awhile and used this episode to make the biggest statement possible. If laws get altered and things change then maybe it was worth it but I’m not too sure yet. 
 
Do you think William took all of this so seriously because he does think he’s to blame. He’s obviously the seasoned royal in the couple. He tells Kate to jump and she asks how high. For a dude as cautious and suspicious as William’s known to be, it does seem odd he let his wife parade around outside without her clothes on. He obviously liked the view. Perhaps he’s angry that his weakness for Kate’s T and A created the lapse in judgement. I’ll give him that, sure. But hopefully he learned his lesson because there will be no second chances for Kate Middleton who now must live by the old saying, “pap me topless once shame on you, pap me topless twice, shame on me.”

Meet Giuliana Rancic’s surrogate mother Delphine! The secret is out! The identity of the woman who helped Giuliana and her husband Bill Rancic bring their son into the world has been unveiled and surprisingly I wasn’t so sure these two were going to take this public. Obviously Delphine isn’t having any issue with showing her face and her baby bump because she shows both on the season premiere! 
 
In a clip from the couple’s reality show Giuliana & Bill, we get to see their surrogate Delphine being coached in the delivery room alongside the soon-to-be parents. A hospital worker is explaining the process of the delivery, including what will happen during the big day and we get to see Giuliana and Bill argue over who will get to cut the umbilical cord.

It was at a Denver, Colorado hospital that Delphine popped out baby Edward on August 29th, 2012 on 10:12pm in just four hours! 
 
The new parents did release their own baby welcoming messages with Bill tweeting, “The “Duke” has landed! Edward Duke Rancic was welcomed into the world last night at 7lbs 4oz. G & I feel blessed beyond words…We did it!(sic)’” and Giuliana telling her employer E! News, “Bill and I are blessed beyond words to welcome Edward into our lives. ‘Thank you so much to everyone who supported us along the way. We are so in love with the little guy already!”

Great news for Dylan McDermott who’s mother Diane McDermott was murdered in 1967. The actor said it’s been a long and very emotional journey. Police recently reopened the case 45 years after the actor’s mother was shot to death by her then boyfriend John Sponza a gangster. The police first ruled it is an accident because Sponza said Diane shot herself while he was cleaning his gun. 
 
Sponza also claimed that the two never argued or had disagreements. Dylan who was 5 at the time said he remembered the violent vicious fights. He even remembered Sponza pointing a gun at him telling him to get out. 
 
The actor struggled his whole life to come to terms with the loss of his mother. He thought she had a mental disorder or that she was depressed. He now knows his mother was taken from him and shot to death. 
 
He remembered Sponza flashing the gun at him several times. He took to Twitter to express how he was feeling. Thanking everyone for there amazing support saying it was a long journey that ended in a victory. Diane McDermott was shot in Waterbury, Connecticut. Dylan is now 50 and very happy that justice was now served – at least after a fashion. The murderer, John Sponza, is already dead as well… John was found in the trunk of a car in a parking lot in Waltham, Mass in 1972 shot to death.

Reese Witherspoon: ‘My full-time job is being a mother’

Reese Witherspoon married Hollywood Agent Jim Toth two years ago and they’re about to have their first child together (she already has two children Ava and Deacon from her first marriage with Ryan Phillippe). The actress spoke openly to Yahoo Philippines News about her role as a mother, and how she sees it as her most important job. 
Talking about her decision to take on less acting roles in the last few years, she said, “As my children are getting a bit older, I feel it’s so important to be there with them as much as possible and be a good mother like my own mother was to me. 
“I have very little enthusiasm to spend three or four months on film set and not be part of their lives or disrupt their education. It’s not fair to them and I also feel much happier being a mother and enjoying my life with my family. 
“Working in Hollywood is more of a diversion for me now. I still love acting, but my full-time job is being a mother. I like being home when they wake up, make their breakfast, take them to school, help them with their homework, and enjoying dinner, and putting them to bed. That’s my real job!”

When asked whether she was enjoying marriage second time round, she answered, “I feel very lucky to get this second chance. I’ve never had anyone like Jim in my life, someone who told me how committed he was to making me happy and secure in life and always being there for me. Before we got married, he told me that he was going to take care of me and show me what a good man he would be... He’s a really good person.”
