Reese Witherspoon finally talks about her pregnancy

She’s was first spotted with a baby bump back in March, but Reese Witherspoon has kept very quiet on the subject of her pregnancy… until now. <br />
<br />
The Legally Blonde star has at last publically acknowledged her growing tummy during An Evening With Reese Witherspoon hosted by the Gene Siskel Film Centre in Chicago. Which means that we can finally talk about Reese being pregnant without feeling bad about it. Whoop!<br />
<br />
During the event held in her honour Reese admitted to the audience that she was, “feeling a little round.” And she also joked about gorging on Chicago’s famous deep pan pizzas, “I’m always feeling like I’d like to eat everything in sight.” She also admitted to that she’s “very excited” about welcoming her third child. <br />

The new baby will be Reese’s first child with second husband Jim Toth, she already has a daughter Ava, 12 and a son Deacon, 8, with her ex Ryan Phillippe. <br />

Reese also told the Chicago Sun Times that she’s planning on taking a break from acting once the new arrival comes. Talking about the movie she’s currently filming with Colin Firth, she said, <br />

“It's about a crime that occurred in 1993. It happened in Arkansas, and it's what I'd say is a very American story. And, after I finish that, I'm going to take a little time off – and go have a baby!”<br />

She’s was first spotted with a baby bump back in March, but Reese Witherspoon has kept very quiet on the subject of her pregnancy… until...

Reese Witherspoon married Hollywood Agent Jim Toth two years ago and they’re about to have their first child together (she already has two children Ava and Deacon from her first marriage with Ryan Phillippe). The actress spoke openly to Yahoo Philippines News about her role as a mother, and how she sees it as her most important job. <br />
Talking about her decision to take on less acting roles in the last few years, she said, “As my children are getting a bit older, I feel it’s so important to be there with them as much as possible and be a good mother like my own mother was to me. <br />
“I have very little enthusiasm to spend three or four months on film set and not be part of their lives or disrupt their education. It’s not fair to them and I also feel much happier being a mother and enjoying my life with my family.<br />
“Working in Hollywood is more of a diversion for me now. I still love acting, but my full-time job is being a mother. I like being home when they wake up, make their breakfast, take them to school, help them with their homework, and enjoying dinner, and putting them to bed. That’s my real job!”<br />

When asked whether she was enjoying marriage second time round, she answered, “I feel very lucky to get this second chance. I’ve never had anyone like Jim in my life, someone who told me how committed he was to making me happy and secure in life and always being there for me. Before we got married, he told me that he was going to take care of me and show me what a good man he would be... He’s a really good person.”<br />
