Jessica Simpson expands her fashion empire into wedding dresses

Jessica Simpson is already a hugely successful fashion designer (her fashion and beauty business is worth $1 billion!!), and now she’s set to expand her empire by designing her own range of wedding dresses. 
 
The 32-year-old new mum (she gave birth to baby girl Maxwell Drew two months ago) is due to tie the knot herself for a second time to her American football player finace Eric Johnson some time later this year. So, it’s not all that surprising to hear that she’s decided to move into bridal-wear. 
 
“A wedding line is something she's always wanted to do, a source has told In Touch. “She is talented and knows what women want to wear.”

And being a gorgeously curvy girl herself, it’s likely that Jess will design gowns for everyone – not just teeny tiny size zeroes. Something that stylist Daniel Musto tells NYDailynews.com will help with sales, 
 
“She has curves like every girl, so women will buy those dresses up. If she does something that's going to be memorable for decades then certainly her wedding line is going to be successful because girls will want to mimic it,” Daniel adds.

And speaking of those famous Jessica Simpson curves… the new mum is no rush to shift the weight she gained during pregnancy. While she’s signed up to lose the pounds in a deal with Weight Watcher, she’s taking things slowly and making sure to enjoy being with her daughter, 
 
“Jess enjoys Mexican food and treats, and at the moment the last things she wants to do is diet,” a source tells this week’s heat magazine. “She just wants to concentrate on being a mum.” 
 
While Jess herself has admitted that motherhood has made her feel less concerned about her appearance, 
 
“It’s funny to be at your heaviest and feel the most confident,” she told Elle magazine in March. “I just take such pride in being a mom! I just love my body more now than ever.”

Jessica Simpson couldn’t contain her motherly pride today and tweeted her first pic of 8-week-old baby daughter Maxwell Drew to all her fans. She captioned the photo with the lively greeting “Howdy, friends!” 
 
Maxi is the spitting image of Jessica, fresh with pouty lips and full cheeks. She even has a blond mop of curly hair sitting on top of her round head. 
 
After a gestational period that had elephants checking their watches, Jessica finally delivered the little girl on May 1. She had a few weeks of new mommy bliss, and even took the cover of People magazine with the little tyke, but lately it’s been all business for the reality star millionaire mogul. It’s been recently revealed that Jessica is crumbling under the pressure to lose 50 pounds in just 5 months to get down to 130 pounds and satisfy her $4 million contract with Weight Watchers. She’s been spotted driving to the gym to meet with celebrity trainer, Harley Pasternak, and is under a strict diet to make sure she gets to her goal weight in time. 
 
Luckily for us, Jessica is all about keeping her fans updated on her weight loss journey. Over the weekend she shared a revealing pic of her monumental breasts bulging from her top as she walked Maxi around the block. It didn’t take a genius to realize Maxi was well fed, and judging from the new photo, we were completely on point! 
 
I’m not the best judge of babies since I join Elaine in thinking most of them are “breathtaking”, but Maxi is pretty cute. Check out the photo below. You just want the squeeze her cheeks, right?

Jessica Simpson’s boobs were bursting at the seams while she took a stroll around the block with baby daughter Maxwell Drew Friday afternoon. 
 
This was definitely not the first thing I wanted to see this morning, but it seems it’s what Jessica wanted the world to see since she tweeted the engorged picture on twitter. She captioned it by tweeting, “Just taking a walk around the block. Street legal???” 
 
Only if the street’s in Las Vegas. 
 
I know she’s a new mom, but her boobs are out of control and I think I see a blue vein so I am beyond grossed out right now. I can’t stand seeing veins, let alone in places other than hands and feet (I can’t stare at Julia Roberts’ forehead very long). 
 
It’s awesome that Jessica’s working on that Weight Watchers goal and walking around the block. I’ve been hearing the 50 pound weight loss she’s aiming for is beginning to frustrate her, so if this is her way of keeping her sense of humor and sanity in tact, then good for her. Jessica and I usually differ on how much information she should really share with the public and whether it crosses the line between funny and horribly disgusting and inappropriate. For instance, I wanted to hide under the covers for the day when she told Ryan Seacrest she was disobeying doctor’s orders and riding her fiance’s bones before her C-section had time to properly heal. And whenever she talks about farting, I usually pretend it never happened. 
 
But that’s Jessica. She shares things from the first pics of her adorable daughter to the size and weight of her enlarged breasts to her randy sex drive pre and post-baby. It’s why we love her, right? Right? Doesn’t the face in this picture scream “Love me!” or are you just thinking about milk?
