Kelly Osbourne has announced to the world that she’s all loved up with a new man by tweeting a picture of herself snogging her new fella. You can see tongue and everything!
The E! Entertainment presenter posted this snap on the social networking site and left fans in no doubt about how happy she is with he new man Matthew Mossheart by adding, “I’m in love and I don’t care who knows about it.”

It’s thought that Kelly and Matthew met last year at the wedding of Kate Moss and Jamie Hince. Matthew is the brother of Alison Mossheart who is in the band The Kills with Jamie.
Kel has kept her relationship private until now, but took Matthew was her date to a Dom Perignon event in Los Angeles last night. Kel’s friends and family – including her parents Sharon and Ozzy – are said to approve of Matthew, while Kelly gets on well with the Mossheart family.
We’re particularly happy to hear that Kelly’s all loved up after her – how should we say this? – cheating scum bag ex-fiance Luke Worrall did the dirty on her. The 27-year-old Reality TV star has previously said how difficult it was dealing with the fallout from her break up with Luke,
“It's hard enough to get your head round someone cheating on you, but when that someone is a chick with a d**k ... up until then, I'd always thought the worst way to get cheated on would be with an ugly girl.
